Refunds and Cancellations

How can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order by sending an email to hello [AT]  before product has been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. The order amount (for prepaid orders) debited from your account will be refunded within 10 working days. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
When should I expect refund for the cancelled orders ?
The order amount debited to you will be refunded in the original form of payment within 10 working days of placing the cancellation request. We can also credit amount to your ‘Organix Mantra’ account, which you can use later for ordering on our website.
What if I used discount coupon or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order ?
Discount coupons are valid for only one transaction and can’t be reused. If you have utilized your reward points for the order, the same will be credited to your account in the case of a cancellation.
What is your return policy ?
We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our motto is 100% Happiness & Satisfaction.

We have a rigorous quality check process in place for all of our shipments. In any unlikely and rare scenario, if you find any quality issue pertaining to the product please contact us on Ph: +91 93111 27986 or email at hello [AT] within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the quality issue is established by our team we will be happy to exchange the product or initiate a refund for you.

Please note that products should be unopened, with the tags intact and in their original packaging when raising an exchange/refund request.

We do not accept exchange/refund request unless there is a quality issue with the product received.
